Transfer Agreements

The application of transfer credit to core credit requirements is handled by Transfer Evaluation (D-148 ASB). Transfer Evaluation can be contacted for up-to-date information regarding the status of agreements with a particular junior or community college.

An Associate of Art or Science Degree* will fill all BYU general education requirements except American Heritage, Advanced Writing, Advanced Math or Language, and the religion hours at BYU.

Students who transfer from schools that do not offer an Associate Degree can have these requirements met by submitting a letter of completion from their transfer insitution.
