Program Requirements

1. The English Department requires a minimum of 9 hours of course work to be taken in residency at BYU for this minor program. These hours may also go toward BYU's 30-hour residency requirement for graduation.
2. Complete the following prerequisite course:

3. Complete 15 elective hours of English courses from 218R and higher. At least nine hours must be 300-level or higher.
