Minor in Psychology Teaching
(21 hours*)

This minor is designed to prepare students to teach in public schools. A teaching minor may only be received by students graduating with a teaching major. In order to graduate with this minor, students are required to complete Utah State Office of Education licensing requirements. 2. Complete 12 elective hours from remaining undergraduate and 500-level courses (Psych 240, 320, 350 are recommended); 9 hours must be 300-level or above. No more than 6 hours of Independent Study credit may count toward the minor. Students may enroll in 500-level courses with instructor's consent.
