THE PROGRAM OF STUDIES

Graduate study in molecular biology at Brigham Young University is a multidepartmental program. The MS degree can be taken through any department in the College of Biology and Agriculture (Agronomy and Horticulture, Animal Science, Botany and Range Science, Food Science and Nutrition, Microbiology, Zoology) under the direction of a molecular biology faculty advisor. The PhD degree can be taken through the Departments of Botany and Range Science, Microbiology, and Zoology under the direction of a molecular biology faculty advisor. Students should refer to the department of interest for specific requirements.
