Personal finance affects every life and family. Those who understand it, benefit while those who do not may suffer in ignorance.

Without training in personal finance, some students may graduate not knowing how to wisely buy a home, or invest, or to judge between insurance options. They may make mistakes, or miss opportunities, simply because they did not know better.
