Virtual Immediate Processing is housed on a secure server, Route Y, and requires a net ID and password allowing you to apply online for all types of financial aid. These include Pell Grants, Stafford Loans, PLUS Loans and BYU loans which include short-term loans, Woolley Law Loans and MSM Loans.

Through VIP, you can submit data, monitor the progress of your financial aid processing and communicate with your processing team. Each time you enter the system you will be notified of any unread messages or processing changes since the last time you accessed VIP.

The VIP "Financial Aid Message/Petition" page lets you submit comments, ask questions, file petitions, read responses, and communicate with those processing your application. A chronological history of this dialogue will remain in your file history for future reference.

Award information is posted on the "Apply-Awards" page. You may be required to submit actual copies of original documents to our office. If the information from those documents differs from those submitted on the Web, your eligibility for financial aid may change.

After receiving all your information, we will send a sign-off sheet for your (and if you are dependent, your parent's) signature.
