Commencement Exercises are held in April and August only.
December graduates are invited to the April commencement following their graduation.

Commencement Exercises — August 14, 2008

The August Commencement Exercises will be held in the Marriott Center at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, August 14, 2008. All candidates participating in commencement are expected to conform to Brigham Young University’s standards of dress and grooming, whether the candidate is a current BYU student or a former student returning to receive his or her degree. Sunday dress is appropriate for this occasion.
