Our Mission

Brigham Young University has been approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide information on the use of VA education benefits to all student veterans, dependents, guard members, and reservists who are actively enrolled in school and pursuing a college degree.

With the latest in technological advancements, the Office of Veterans Support ensures that all the necessary paperwork can be completed and transferred electronically to the VA Regional Processing Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma for payment of benefits.

Our Mission

The Office of Veterans Support is the liaison between BYU and the VA. We provide information and a support system for student veterans, dependents of veterans, guard members and reservists:

  1. who have satisfied all requirements for formal admission to BYU,
  2. who have been recognized by BYU as a degree-seeking student, and
  3. who have applied for VA education benefits.
