Students who have not been admitted to a degree seeking program as regular day-continuing BYU students are not eligible for Federal Financial Aid or scholarships. However, you may be eligible for Federal Financial Aid if you meet all of the following:

1. You have been admitted to a degree-seeking program as a regular day-continuing BYU student,
2. You enroll in Evening Classes prior to your degree-seeking admission term, but during the same academic year, and
3. You apply for aid (see steps 1–7) and are determined to be eligible.

For example, if you are admitted to BYU as a regular day-continuing student for Winter Semester 2012, and enroll in Evening Classes during Fall Semester 2011, you may apply for federal financial aid.
