Missed the Add/Drop Deadline?

You can register for your internship class up until the Discontinuance Deadline by filling out the Petition to Add After the Add/Drop Deadline form and submitting it to the Records/Registration Office. This form can be downloaded here.

Intermountain Healthcare Interns

If you're interning with Intermountain Healthcare, documentation of current immunizations, background check results and drug screen results need to be sent to the Internship Office before you can register for your internship class.
