Class rolls, a Raincheck List, a Course Summary, and a Class Schedule Proof are all available on AIM. Access AIM after logging into Route Y. Select Class Schedule (CLS) pages. From any CLS page you can see other "Related Pages" as described below. Students have view-only access to course summary information pages.
The Class Schedule Proof (CLS01) displays by teaching area and course all sections offered for a requested semester or term. It lists the seats available in each section, class sizes, total enrollments, times, days, locations, instructors, and room capacities.
The Course Summary (CLS03) page lists curriculum by department, course numbers, registration numbers, class sizes, number of students enrolled, seats available, number of sections, number of full sections, and course titles.
The Class Roll page (CLS04) displays class enrollment by section for current semesters or terms. The roll provides the student names, BYU ID numbers, class standings, and major emphases. Class rolls are only accessed by the instructor and authorized university employees.
The Course Demand Tracking (Raincheck) page (CLS07) displays students who are unable to register for a section that is full. This list provides student names, BYU ID numbers, class standings, majors, section requested, number of seats offered, number of students enrolled, and number of unfilled requests (rainchecks). This page is accessed only by authorized department and college schedulers and course coordinators.
