How to Apply for Graduation

How to Apply for Graduation

All students who wish to graduate must officially apply for graduation. Students who are applying for the bachelor's degree should apply during their junior year. Please be aware of graduation dates and deadlines.

  1. Pick up and complete a graduation application at your College Advisement Center.
  2. Print your name on the application exactly as you want it to appear on your diploma, including any accents.
  3. If you plan to certify to teach secondary education, you must also take your application to the Education advisement center, 120 MCKB, and meet with an advisor before turning in your application.
  4. The $15.00 graduation fee will be charged to your student account (one-time fee).

An email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your application. This email will verify how your name will appear on your diploma. If your name is spelled incorrectly, please reply to this email or contact the Graduation Services located in B-150 ASB, (801) 422-7675.
