Transcripts will not be mailed until payment is received. If you are sending your request by fax, include a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express number with an expiration date authorizing payment of $2 per transcript.

If you would like your transcripts sent by fax, the Fee is $10. Faxed transcripts, however, do not transmit clearly and are barely legible due to the security stock we use. Also, many recipients do not consider a faxed transcript "official." When ordering a transcript to be faxed, please include a name and fax number where you want the transcript sent.

The fee to send a transcript overnight is $12 per address in addition to the $2 fee per transcript. In addition, overnight delivery will only be delivered on business days. i.e. transcripts sent out on Friday will not be received until Monday.

Financial holds must be cleared before transcript requests can be processed. For information on how to clear financial holds, go to the Cashier's Office D-155 ASB or call (801) 422-4104.

Most requests are processed within two working days, however we do have a 3-5 day processing time, this includes priority requests. Please allow for more time if you attended BYU prior to 1979.
